This configuration is reliant on either using http://localhost or an SSL secured FQDN.

If you wish to continue with an insecure Fastvue portal, the guide is <https://kb.fastvue.co/paloalto/s/article/Configuring-Fastvue-Reporters-Email-Settings-to-use-Microsoft-365>

## Site name and Redirect URI

This is used when sending reports. Go to *Settings -\> Site Settings* and enter the https URL for your server, e.g. <https://fastvue.schooldomain.edu.au>

Retrieve your Redirect URI from *Settings -\> Email -\> Microsoft 365* and send it to CCM IT to be added to the app registration used to send email.

You will receive back a client secret which you will need with the following.

| Client ID | 8ef56fde-d1fc-4243-aeed-7a9a5104b431 |
|---------------|-----------------------------------------------|
| Tenant ID | 912e9bd6-236e-46f5-9c0c-b99867e6b99b |
| Client Secret | \<Client Secret from Entra APP Registration\> |

To configure FastVue email.

- In FastVue\>Settings\>Email select Microsoft 365 as the email provider.
- Enter the Tenant ID, Client ID and Client Secret you have received from CCM.
- Press the connect button. You will be required to sign in to M365. NB: The user account that is used to sign in to M365 becomes the FROM email address for all reports. It is suggested you create a generic user account for this purpose.

You can then test and save your email settings.
