## Snipe-IT: Maintenance types {#source-5fbc076bbeb76bbf}

Since 8.6.0 maintenance types have become user configurable, however there is no direct UI link to access the list of types. It does exist however: [<https://asset.manage.ccmschools.edu.au/maintenance-types>](https://asset.manage.ccmschools.edu.au/maintenance-types)

This is still the case as of 8.6.3

## Notable features added {#source-3cf9115589cbed90}

8.6.1 added Full Multiple Company Support, allowing staff who manage assets for multiple schools (esp. BCCC and SEACC; CORCC and DUNCC) to have access to both sets of assets.

## Integrations {#source-8cb38835f31691ab}

Snipe-IT does not support many integrations – it can trigger a single webhook on check-in and check-out. This points to an Azure Automation which takes action only on check-ins where the status is Repair Required, and generates a Jitbit ticket with the device details.
