CCM recommend each college purchase Token2 C202 Classic TOTP Hardware tokens.
These are pre-programmed tokens that use a SHA1 hash as the secret.
Token2 also sell other tokens that are programmable and can be programmed with SHA256 secrets, although the source selected Classic tokens for the described deployment.
The source suggests ordering through a generic email address. This email address becomes the Account Owner and is used to send One Time Password codes when logging on each time.
After you have received your tokens, you can see all orders from the account, and this is required to request the Seeds/Secret Keys/SHA1 Hashes for each token on the order.
It is possible to add other email addresses to have authority to request secret keys if desired.
