Remove a user profile from an Intune device
Open Powershell As Administrator
Run sysdm.cpl

This will open system properties
- Click the Advanced Tab
- Under "User Profiles" click the "Settings..." Button
- Click on the profile you wish to remove
- Click on the Delete button
- Wait for it... The profile will remove itself from the User Profiles list when the deletion is complete.
